Android Mobile App

I have a functional website prototype written in PHP. I would like someone to code the website into an android app that will be in accordance with Google play store guidelines for distribution. The app functionality is centered around video recording and playback. Not live - but on-demand videos. The media server being used is Wowza 3.6. Users only allowed to view videos from the app, no recording functionality. The back-end database for the site is currently MySQL. In addition to what the website currently does, a few new enhancements will also be needed for the app version - enhanced login to allow for user managed settings. We need to allow users to come back in the future and manage their settings/content. This is not currently coded. We currently allow for Facebook login to use some features. We also need to add Twitter login. If we have a mutual interest in partnering on this job, I will share the website URL for our discussion.
