auto tweet from rss feeds

Hello

i need a simple app , the app will simply get list of rss feeds from web services url .

then will ask the user which rss feeds he want to auto tweet and how much time it will pull the feeds .

then after that it will save his setting and will automatically pull the feeds

get titles and create a shorten link for every link from a webservice url that i will give you .

then send rss title and the shorten url .

the app will show the sent tweets every time user opens the app .

and give user setting to change the timer and the rss feeds sites .

the app will have admob , i will change its setting later .

thats it very simple , and i want it in maximum 4 days .
