Simple Geo Find IOS Application with Desktop Control Panel for the mobile app

Basic Application. I need two applications. for users of course (mobile) and a VERY simple application web application (mobile website/desktop app) for me as an admin user to control various features.

Not a very big project... I have most of it completed, programmer left project and need things to be fixed and cleaned up. I will give you the project he was working on when NDA is signed.

I need a web application that is mobile friendly. Basically a control panel to change/add/delete features on the application. I also need to see winners and other date.

NDA will need to be signed before an details are discussed. I do have screenshots of the application.

Looking for long term relationship as I am willing to rehire for many updates since this is for the beta phase.
