I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. Iam going to describe this project to cut time : 1 we don't have anything designed or built yet .2well need a partner that could pay for half , his paying for the contracts must be upfront . 3 he does not work in advertising and he could give me a project in advertising and can provide me with marketing projects . 4 he could be on time . timeline: 2 to 3 weeks budget : the first time for an exchange , then well talk on each project seperatly . how many hours I'll expect about : 100 hrs . when I estimate he'll start working when I'll read all the offers .

Hello, After reading over your application this looks like a perfect fit for my skill sets. I have built a number of mobile app, specifically on the Xcode. I love Apple Xcode/Swift and I have a large number of apps built specifically on iOS. I have developed apps from start to finish, I've also updated apps for a newer iOS versions, so I'm feeling comfortable with building apps from the scratch as well as updating older apps.
