Desktop and android app for scheduling and status updates - open to bidding

Laboratory business, need app for employee scheduling and status updates on laboratory tests done. After receiving orders from doctors for blood draw, laboratory office will enter data in pc (last name; date of birth and Referred by), then will schedule employee who will draw the blood, employee can accept or decline the assignment, if declined will data will go back to schedule pool to reassign to another employee. If yes, will input appt date and time. After blood is drawn will input date and time specimen collected. At the same time after data entry, from desktop, will input status updates like, order received; specimen collected; results sent. These status updates will be seen on the mobile app. We can discuss these in details.
