So our first suggestion is to allow the customers/yacht owners/managers to hire each type of crew member(s) separately, we understand that you mentioned that the customer will enter the complete details of all the crew members and then send out the service request, you thought of this flow because you wanted to make things simpler for the customer so that he/she could just enter the crew requirements once and then receive the profiles of the crew members interested in working BUT to be very honest with you, we can tell you that this will make the UX (User Experience) complex and if the UX is not easy then user will not use the application again and again, to make the users addicted to a mobile application one has to make sure that the UX is the best. What flow are we suggesting? We suggest you to make the customer app simpler and let the customer hire the crew members of each type separately for example. Customer first of all chooses that he would need one captain then enter the eligibility criteria of the captain the request will be sent to all the captains fulfilling the criteria and then the customer will choose the best one from the ones who accepted the request. Now the customer will choose the crew member category DECKHAND and then enter the number of deckhand(s) that are required then enter complete requirements and the process continues as explained above. discuss?
