Create a hybrid application for iPhone and Android platform

We need someone to create a hybrid application to be used by consumers & franchisee shopkeepers for our retail stores. For consumer access: 1. The app will provide direction to the nearest store 2. People will be able to rate the store experience 3. People will be able to place a service request with the shops to pick the product 4. People will have a personal information section, where they can: a. create their own profile b. talk to other fellow users using the in-built messenger c. talk to merchants to track their order d. share updates & information of a product listing on social media platform e. create wishlist by typing f. create a wishlist by clicking the image of a handwritten document and the interface translating it to a digital data entry g. get reminders when the wishlist product is becoming available or running out in stock or has a deal For Merchant access: 1. The app will provide information to the store of the customer (based on where is the nearest customer looking for our product/ service) 2. Merchants will be able to rate the customers on deal experience 3. Merchants can: a. create their own profile b. talk to merchants to track their order c. share updates & information of a product listing on social media platform d. send notifications to customers who usually shop from their shop establishment or areas nearby
