Create an app for Android and iOS w/ connections to database

I need an app developed for both Android and iOS platforms. I have all of the necessary graphics, and the layouts and mockups are completed, but I lack the coding experience to put it all together. The structure is fairly basic, but I need someone who has experience with MySQL databases and creating scripts. The app needs to connect to a few different databases via a search function (i.e. a complete U.S. school directory and a food allergy and/or ingredient database). The app also requires a "chat" function and a type of user-uploaded classified ad section. I also want to incorporate Google Analytics and AdMob. Both apps need to be finished, uploaded to the app stores, and tested to complete the project. This is the first app I've designed so I'm open to suggestions or changes if it will improve the overall design. I don't think it will require more than 10 individual pages, possibly less. So I need someone with experience in: -Android and iOS app development -MySQL database (or other, I'm a newb) connection -Creating a new database to store user profiles and preferences -Social networking, user chat , and user-uploaded classified ads -Google Analytics and AdMob Also, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect both parties.
