We have a project that requires the creation of a mobile app based in react with 4 roles outline below Company admin supplier, labourer, company admin receiver and supervisor. Each user will need to be able to set up a secure login which will allow them to choose their role. The backend has been mainly completed in mongodb with loopback by a developer who is still connected to the project however has other priorities although can be used for consultation. I have mockups, a more detailed design brief, server functions, system architecture available and will be provided to the most promising applicants. Initially the project is contract work however we would ideally like to find someone who we could integrate into our team.
Below is the user story for each role where reports, diaries and prestarts are separate database records.
As a Company admin supplier I wish to give labours permission to do work for me which will send reports to that company’s supervisor for approval so that we can get paid for the work. I also wish to be able to export all of my reports at the end of the month so that we can tally the hours for each client and send them an invoice. I wish to be able to view prestart created by labourers associated with my company
As a Labourer I wish to be able to be assigned to a company and create reports/view report archives for work I do on their behalf, I then want to forward them to my supervisor working for a receiver company and view when they approve it. I wish to be able to create prestart.
Company receiver admin I wish to approve or give supervisors permission to approve reports done for me. I also wish to be able to split/ duplicate and change these reports . I also wish to be able to view and export all of my reports daily and import them into my cost management system to track cost of works daily. I wish to be able to view prestarts created by labourers working for my company. I wish to be able to view day diaries created by supervisors associated with my company.
As a Supervisor I wish to be able to be assigned to a company and view/ approve reports for work completed for us, I also wish to be able to split/ duplicate and change these reports. I wish to be able to view prestart created by labourers working on my jobs. I wish to be able to create day diaries for my jobs as well as view past diaries.
