Create a Mobile Website

We are a school that gives points to students for various reasons (good behavior, academic accomplishment, etc...). They can redeem points from the school store for various prizes. We need an mobile site that accomplishes 3 tasks: 1) Teachers/Administrators need to be able to login with their individualized login/password and then assign X amount of points to a student (and pick a reason from a drop down menu). For quick access, teachers should be able to search a student by name or they should be able to quickly click on a class and have the whole roster show up and click on a student or group of students to receive points. Visually, we would like it to look a little bit like classdojo ([login to view URL]) 2) The school store needs to be able to take away points when a student wants to "buy" prizes with their points. 3) Anybody (so no login/password) should be able to quickly visualize how many points a student has using their student ID number. There should be an administrator page that can produce records: For example, that database should be able to spit out reports for a student, group of students, or entire student body in an excel file or css file with their name, ID, and how many points they got. Other reports for administrators should also be available such as a list of transactions at the school stores (when points got exchanged for goods), a report of what points were given by specific users (ie: a report with all the points given by a specific teacher), and historical records for specific students of all the points they earned and spent.
