Auto-timer Camera App (Cross Platform)

I am seeking a crossplatform Camera App with an auto-timer that can capture both photos and videos. The purpose of this app is to set the # of photos/videos you would like and have the auto-timer take 1 snap (or capture) every X # of seconds. <br><br>E.g., Take 5 photos OR videos total, wait 5 seconds before each photo or video.&nbsp;<br><br>Featured needed...<br><br>1) User can choose from Photo Mode or Video Mode<br><br>2) User can choose Front Facing or Rear Facing Camera / Camcorder<br><br>3) User can choose Flash Settings<br><br>4) User can select from predfined (total) Photos or Videos<br><br>5) User can select from predfined # of seconds (delay) between each photo or video<br><br>6) User can view the session once complete and delete any photo or video they do not like from the batch.<br><br>7) User can name the session. *Each session (when named) should basically save to its own unique folder. E.g., App Folder &gt;&gt; Session Name (folder).&nbsp;<br><br>8) User can view "all sessions"&nbsp;<br><br>9) User can delete previously saved sessions.&nbsp;<br><br>10) User can "share" sessions&nbsp;<br><br>11) User can shop for products (webview to a url/online store); *should open within the app*<br><br>All details and predfined options (number of seconds, etc) will be discussed once you are on board for the project...&nbsp;<br><br>This app must work on Android Phones/Tablets, iPhones/iPads AND Windows Phones/Tablets (Hyrbrid/Cross Platform).&nbsp;<br><br>Each photo and video should contain 0% compression and should use the full resolution of the users device (for both front and rear camera/camcorder)&nbsp;<br><br>My budget is set and firm; this is not a huge project and I am only seeking to work with someone who triple-checks for errors. You will NOT BE PAID If the app is not complete or fully functional while claimed to be 100% complete. If all is good, you will have more projects coming your way!<br>
