Android Application To Integrate with Google Adwords

I'm looking for someone who has experience writing Android applications and using the Google API. I'm writing an application to make it easier to manage an AdWords account and it will provide tips to the user in a section at the top of the page. There are two applications, one which will be offered for free in the Marketplace and a second which will be a paid app. Both are documented in the Advanced section. When building the application, I would like it to be able to catch errors during use and installation with helpful messages such as "Your memory is low, please try shutting down some applications and try again." or "This version is not compatible with your phone." ## Deliverables **First Free Version Application** Opening/startup Screen: ? Checks if OAuth is set, if not then prompts to login to Google for OAuth. ? Tips at the top of the screen is chosen randomly from a list of 100 or so tips I will send you. I will need the ability to add links in this field so please allow for html. ? Date range Dropdown should have the following list: Today, Yesterday, This Week(Sun-Today), This Week (Mon-Today), Last Seven Days, Last Week (Sun-Sat), Last Week (Mon-Sun), Last Bus Week (Mon-Fri), Last 14 Days, This Month, Last 30 Days, Last Month, All Time ? Clicks, CTR, Cost and Conv are derived for all campaigns for the time period selected. ? Data section displays campaigns, ad groups and keywords. Data can be filtered using a drop down menu inside the highlighted campaign or Ad Group. The default campaign and ad group are the ones with the most clicks. A user can click on the campaign name to generate the drop down menu which lists all available campaigns for their account. When selected the default Ad Group for that campaign displays with the keywords listed underneath as described below. The Ad Group name can then be selected from available Ad Groups for the selected Campaign and again the keywords for the selection are updated as described below. ? Keywords associated with the selected Campaign and Ad Group are listed below with the following fields for the selected campaign, ad group and date range: o Clicks o CTR o Avg.
