Android And IOS APP (UBER related) You Should have experience with UBER related apps

Hello there, I am looking for Developers who have build apps similar to UBER - or taxi calling service. I would need an app for Tow truck Service. Requirement: (User Version) 1. Sign up / Login 2. A landing page where they can choose what they're looking for (we will have 4-5 services) 3. The first Service is Calling for Tow Truck to rescue them. 4. On Tow Truck Rescue - There should be a Map which detects the users Location 5. User will select the problem, if its a flat tire or battery issues and such . 6. After selecting the problem - User will request for help 7. All the nearby Towing Trucks are shown to the user to choose from and with their pricing 8. Once user has selected the Towing Truck, The Towing Truck Driver (Service Provider) gets notified. 9. The ETA is listed on screen also, with the Service Providers information such as Phone number. car number and its current location. 10. Once the Service providers picks up the car, he will bring it to the garage of users preference . 11. Once the job is completed, users can leave a comment and rate the service provider. ** The user is forced to add in the credit card information - but also has options to pay in cash. Requirement (Service Provider Version) 1. Sign up (after sign up - they should be pending until admin approves them) Need them to upload images such as driving license and their photo - they will list their price for ther service they provide 2. A map with their location. 3. When there is a service request, the provider is notified and given option to accept order withing 1 min 4. Could see user;s information such as car number. phone number and the problem 5. once the job is complete, they Provider will leave comment and rating the users. In settings: *Users* They can edit their personal information They can change their Credit Card details They can see their History *Service Providers* They Can edit their personal information They can edit their service fee page They can see their comments They can see their History Other information: We will use PayPal for all the transaction We require a back-end to monitor everything. from Logo change to text Change It should be multi-lingual - English - Chinese (simplified) - Chinese (Traditional) It should be able to sign up with Facebook or Google Account We will charge the users on top of the fee service providers will charge you will have to make sure it works smoothly At the end of every order, a receipt is sent to the User - Service Provider and the Admin Even Users & Providers can have web based portal to see their history and such.
