01 - DESCRIPTION
The APP / software has a capability to identify real-time idle and / or moving boards.

02 - OPERATION:
The APPENDIX performs a reading of cell phone cards, and when captured the board, a double board, a database (local and remote) to see a situation of the car.
Once a board is identified, the software and a company informing the application screen if the board is erratic.
A real-time identification and when identified the card, the software a photo of the card at the best angle, and stores no device and remotely (send to a host), preserving a geographic location, data and time the picture was taken.

The app has to be compatible with an Android, iOS and WEB.

Registration of the License Plate.
Directory containing saved photos per day;
Statistics by: Input, boards, periods and others.
Twitter: When receiving an image, automatically or website publishes on Twitter an attached photo, with date and location. (@appagentbr)
04.B - CLIENT MODULE (APP):
In this module, it will be dedicated to the condominium, where will be the software that will process as plate readings, storage, alert or doorman and others.
05 - PREMISES:
The source code, as well as the database and all as libraries, must be provided at the end of the project. Requires compilation of the latest version.
The database and PHP codes have to be developed without project site.
