A stub for an investment application

We need a stub of application to be created and posted to the Apple AppStore in just a few days. As we do not have much time currently and do not have 100% of the server-side for a full-fledged application, we need just a stub: - First screen: choose a broker from a dropdown list - Second screen: depending on the selection, open one of our product web sites ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.) in the web browser within the application. The product web sites use the adaptive mark-up, so the UX won't suffer. We will need the source code and the compiled binary as the result of this task, we'll handle uploading it to the App Store for review by ourselves (with your help, if required). We have plans to significantly expand the functionality of the application a bit later (in 1-2 months) and will be happy to broaden relations with successful developers.
