create an iPhone application

We are looking for a seasoned app developer to create a new emoji iphone app via latest version of Xcode and compatible with iOS 6. Brief project details: Programmer requirements: Experienced programmer needed, with at least 3 apps in Apps Store that I will be able to preview Needs to be able to communicate with us via English. Must be conversationally fluent. Serious, professional Programers only Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Must be willing to Skype to discuss requirements, questions, concerns Must be willing to satisfy 100% Project Description: Create a simple iPhone Emoji App with the following requirements: Create an Emoji iPhone app that is able to fully integrate with Apples' existing emoji keyboard. The application is to work on iPhone. (IOS 8 or later) Allows In-app purchase of full keyboards under another version. Eg. "Buy full version" - through an available button in the app. Has a rate this app,share this app via twitter, gift this app, share this app via email, and share this app via text message buttons in app Create screen shots, App store icon, and other graphics necessary for submission. Submit the app to App Store for approval. Final payment will not be released until app is approved and up in the app store. Note: All emojis will be provided Maximum of 3 weeks to develop app Payment structure: - 20% Down payment upon confirmation of the project. - 40% Payment upon receiving of Source code and pass our testing requirements. - 40% Final payment within 48 after Apple approves the application on iTunes store.
