build an iPhone app to show contents from a news portal with RSS/XML supported contents

This is a project to build an iPhone Application for a news portal with RSS/XML supported contents and Digital PDF files. We expect to receive fully functional and well commended source code. The apps should have below features and need to find out more for to make a best application: -List news items as categories. 20+ categories to display news items. Categories are included text based articles with image. -Arabic UI that right to left. -Tag feature to a news items (Ability for the user to save specific news items in their bookmarking section for later retrieval. Option to un-tag/delete from bookmark section) -Option to customize/choose categories to Home page. -Reading experiences with text increase and decrease. -Default thumbnail as company logo. If no images are available. -Feature to go to next or back articles by finger move on item/artcile detail page and category page. -Share news items -> via facebook, twitter, email and other installed social networking on the iPhone device. default menu in iPhone device to share with what ever sharable networks. -Integrate basic analytics within the app (google analitics) -Integration with an Ad Network for banner ads (google double click code) -A settings page for various things. -Comment feature with Disqus. -Contact form -Section to view daily PDF (32 pages) of past 14 days to download and view in iPad app. 32page PDF to download from FTP server and display thumbnail of first page. Once its downloaded, PDF files can see in “My Editions/Issues” to access anytime to read the PDF pages. -Generic search.
