I am looking to develop an app that allows users to upload and download ringtones, wallpapers, set notification messages and alarm clocks without the user needing to jailbreak their iPhone. Additional features will include rating and sharing it through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, email, etc. The ability to search is essential as well. Content uploaded by users will need to be approved by the moderator.
