Create a framework API for a Trivia Program to load through Conduit Mobile

Must work with [login to view URL] and use their requirements so its plug and play. [login to view URL] Need a basic way to load in questions and answers and score a game. Questions are like: Who was the first president of the US A George Bush B Abe Lincoln C Mickey Mouse D George Wasington. Just need the framework with a graphic on the backend that looks solid and good. I will then use this same frame work over various other trivia catagories and build them myself. This is more framework / edu. Needs to be very simple and fast and just do the basics. If this works out we will use whoever we hired on this to expand further.
