Create a "countdown"- style app which links to Wordpress site

We'd like to create a very simple app for iPhone / Android. In essence the app is for a holiday event company and will have the same functionality as this: [login to view URL] We'd like the users to download the app and then fill in a "date from" and a "date to" field and then an optional email address field (if we could save this to mailchimp or a database that would be perfect). The app would then display a large "XXXX days until YOUR HOLIDAY" with a random or scrolling background picture. Then there's 2 options we'd like you to quote on: OPTION 1 I'd then like a link with "click here to find out what's happening on your holiday" - this would then open a page which populates with the parties listed in a 'event' post type from a Wordpress website. It would contain all of the same information from the post type (like [login to view URL]) and would save to the device with a "refresh" button to check the site and update the parties with the latest information OPTION 2 More simple, just open up a link like this: [login to view URL] We'd like to rotate a few of our services at the bottom too - like a small banner saying "BUY YOUR CLUB TICKETS ONLINE" etc. Could you please give us an estimate on costs and timescales please.
