Catering and Food ordering app for iphone and android

hello, i need a food and catering app to be developed for both Android and iphone iOS. graphics will be delivered in psd. the app should list the products grouped in categories, as they are on the web. users should be able to order and choose delivery or pick-up. one similar app now available is "marty restaurant" [there is no need foa a "order at the table" ] [login to view URL] products are available at expresschef.ro. after the user selects the products > places the order the app should send the data to a online registry [database] and should send a notification email. the online database should have [users] [products] [orders] [addresses] and can be provided by us to the developer. the developer should be open and think not only follow instructions [as awkward as this sounds previous experiences made me point this out :P ] and suggest any options that he can argue and prove to be a solution. further info will be discussed with chosen developer
