Hello I´m a graphic designer and developer, I recently released a small twitch game for iOS called Do Not Explode, it´s similar to flappy bird in that levels are procedurally generated and "endless". Check it out on the app store. Also I´m currently finishing another iOS game similar to Plague Inc, if interested I can send some images. I would use unity engine for this game as I´ve been using it for 2 years on different projects and it allows you to deploy to different platforms (iOS, android). If interested I'd need a few words describing exactly what you need for this game, how many levels ? are they endless ? graphic style ? unlocks ? gamecenter ?.
