App program and design for last train timings on ios and android

Looking for smart, experienced, hardworking and honest app developer. App should be able to let the user know the nearest train station's first and last train timing so they would not miss the last train home. Beyond that, the user should also be able to select any station and see it's first and last train's timing. In Singapore, the first and last train timings are sometimes different for weekdays and weekends, so the app should be smart enough to determine which train timing to show.
