Age of war for the IPad

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone who can develop an a game on the IPad. the basic idea of the game is : [login to view URL] it should have all the functionality of that game with the same quality of graphics. the only difference is that it should be level based. users will have a level selector, something similar to angry birds and blockshooter. they have to finish each level to get to the next one and there should be level packages (like angry birds). for now I need an original pack with 10 levels, each level the game would get harder and the graphics will change (they should become more advance technology just like in the original age of war game.) Please provide me an exact price and an exact deadline. I prefer to work with individuals or groups of 2 (programmer and a graphic designer). you should be capable to handle the graphics and the game features. also please mention if you are in a company, group or an individual.
