Adding My Locations To Google map on iPhone App

My project is an iPhone App and iPad "Universal", when the user open the app i need from it to show the google map to him and show the nearest places to him. and i need from the programmer to add the information that i will provide him to the map inside the application. so the Scenario will be like that: the User Open the application ==> the google map will shows to him ==> the Program will locate his place ==> the program will show the nearest places for Him in the map, for Exp: "coffee shops, restaurants, malls, etc" ==> the User can select any place he want to go to and the program will show him the direction. also the user can save any place he want. i will provide the programmer for the Information that he wants like "coffee shops, restaurants, malls, etc". the Priority for this project is for the companies that did like this project before. that's it, and thank you.
