Create a Mobile PHONEGAP app

Need a developer very familiar with PhoneGap (must show live samples) that can do a hybrid app that can login via Facebook and then pull data to have a single-click detection of all user's friends by location. I also need an messaging method that allows PERSON A to introduce PERSON C Lets say A wants to introduce C to his friend B This then opens a chat with C & B with a welcome message from A, so the only people in the inbox chat are C & B. A bit confusing but happy to explain more. Lastly, need a travel log that allows users to add their travel dates which will then allow you to match with your friends on a screen by the trips you are going to. For example, I am going to Germany in October 1-6, 2014. When i click on my trip after adding it, i can see 3 sets of friends (from facebook and the app), 1: Hometown is Germany 2: Current Location is Germany 3: They are travelling to Germany (only accessed by matching the travel logs) Feature 1: Find friends in my current location Feature 2: Message friends + Introduce Feature 3: Travel log + Travel matching Happy to do a workflow to explain this better, and need feature 1 done rather quickly, have a APP ID and Secret ready on facebook which is waiting for approval.
