A multi-player card game on both android and iphone -- 2

The card game I want to be written is a client/server program, where the client should be written for both android and iphone. Basic services should be: the free version should contain advertising, and multi-player game is limited to e.g. 20 minutes per day. upgrade to an ad-free paid version, where you pay for 1 year of usage and multi-player games are not limited. After that year, it falls back to the free version the card game is a variant of whist and is always plaid with 4 people the client should exist in 3 languages (English, Dutch, French). I can give the translations. Multiplayer game: find friends and connect to them. Friends are stored on the server. 1 person can host a game and friends can connect to it. If there are no 4 people connected, the host can choose to let the computer play for the missing people (so, 1 or 2 people). This can be done in some degrees of difficulty. I can give the rules that the computer should follow (all this is client-based) A solo game is plaid with 1 person and the computer (client) fills in for the other 3. of course also here the same rules apply. If you win you can share that on facebook Previous scores can be retrieved (from the server). The rules of the game are much like whist. The game is played with 52 cards: the 4 colors hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades, each color 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-J-Q-K-A). (In Dutch and French the top 4 cards have a different code). The players play in 2 teams, but the teams are not fixed (this is unlike whist, where the players sitting opposite from each other for a team). Each game consists of multiple rounds (e.g. 16). Each round has 2 stages: 1) Stage 1: the bidding 13 cards are given to each player. Player by player (clock-wise) bids how much tricks they can get, and with which trump color that will be. In this same stage, by joining a bid, the teams are formed. If nobody joins a bidder he can choose to play alone. There are some special bids, e.g. Bidding you will win 0 tricks. 2) Stage 2: the playing. The highest bid is known, and this team (or solo player) should try to fulfill its contract. After the 13 cards are played, it's know if the bid contract was succeeded or not. Points go the the winner, and excess won tricks give extra points.
