animated pif grid widget

I want a grid widget that will display animated gif. if more details: 1. the widget need to be customizable when placed on the screen, allow placing a grid of 2*2, 3*1,1*3 and of course 3*3. 2. if no gif was chosen yet to fill any of the 9 cell in the grid ( in case the user requested the 3*3 size), touching a cell will open local file explorer to allow the user to choose an animated gif. after choosing it, the gif will be displayed in the requested cell, the other 8 cell will remain empty. 3. if a gif is already place in a cell touching it will open a stub application page. 4. the widget needs to display the animated gif in an efficient way (battery usage) - i would expect seeing some kind of a test telling me how much battery drain the widget cause.
