Develop Android App. for audit store - repost

Hello, I am looking for an experienced company who can develop an android app for me. For confidentiality purpose I can provide limited information at the moment. Interested companies can ask for a skype session where I will walk them through the scree design. Major requirements: 1. App. will be develop for android phones only. Need to cater major smart / high end phones. 2. App. to be completely build using native code. 3. Developer should be good in consuming .Net ASMX / SOAP 1.1 services in android applications. 4. Having proven experience in consuming these services. 5. App. contains 30-35 screens. 6. App. is database driven where some information need to be pulled / pushed to DB. (Please Note: All the server side work is already done, I will provide you web services / DB). No server work will be done at your end. 7. App. will work in offline mode too, wherein data entered in the app. will be saved locally and pushed to server next time connects to internet. 8. Performance of app. should be fast. 9. App. requires camera feature also. 10. Screens are already designed. So no designing needed. Coder should be able to replicate the designs same to same. It should be pixel perfect. 11. Timeline will be 5-6 weeks maximum. 12. Need finished / tested app. without zero bugs. 13. Daily reporting to the project manager assigned on this project. 14. Need to sign NDA.
