Create a PhoneGap Application + A Website

The project contains two main parts. The first one is an application developed using PhoneGap (should properly work with Android and iOS). The second part is a Website for Desktops. The app is supposed to do the following: 1) Access the user's twitter account. 2) Publish tweets using the registered account. 3) In case a tweet exceeds the limited number of characters, the app should divide the text into number of tweets. The user should be notified with the number of tweets that will be published. (This is the main function) 4) The user can see/review all tweets before publishing them. He also can edit them. 5) Other necessary functions. As the steps show, the main function is to allow the user to publish text that exceeds the number of allowed letters in a tweet in a very easy and efficient way. It is important that the user can see the tweets before publishing them in an easy-to-read manner (each tweet should be shown individually). Both apps (PhoneGap and Website) will do the same job. The design of the apps is open. However, it should be elegant, easy to use, consistent for both applications (PhoneGap and Website), and according to recent designs like apple flat design or Android Material design.
