The winner must commit to the following rules BEFORE accepting his bid:
1) the winner must be able to start IMMEDIATELY and be available for chat on GMail or Skype during the specified hours (to be agreed when the project starts), at least 2 hours per day
2) the work must be finished on time
3) the penalty when not finishing the work on time is 100 USD for each late day
4) the winner must communicate with me every day - if you don't do it, and don't communicate with me for more than 3 days, I take it as a lost interest into this project from your side and therefore the project will be immediately cancelled
5) the winner must upload screenshots to his web server each day, so that I can see and track the progress - even if the changes aren't working 100% yet
6) partially finished project on deadline = unfinished project
