Android, IOS and facebook APP needed

Hi all, I need a app for android, IOS and facebook. You are required to sign a NDA and will not be allowed to showcase the app in your portfolio. Do not copy paste bid. Objective: Creating a friendly, fun and easy to use application (app) designed for mobile phones (iPhone and Android supported devices) and for facebook, that serve as a best estimate measure for our perceived age. Each individual estimated age is based on perceptions of other users, who do not know the subject and do not have any prior information about him or her, except for a picture. Since the application will allow re-entry and image change, users may use the app for other purposes, such as comparing their age assessment given different images of themselves; comparing their estimated age before and after a procedure (e.g a cosmetic procedure, different make-up, photo etc.) or checking the perceived age of other people other than themselves such as celebrities and so on. Language- Hebrew and English The Application: The application is a combination of service and game app. The age assessments are obtained from other users who play a fun game called "The age guesser". Users who play the game do not know the subjects they are rating. Moreover, they are encouraged to make age evaluations as accurate as possible in order to do well in the game and receive positive feedback.
