Adobe Flash PLayer Equvalent

I have been an Iphone or apple user for nearly 5 years and i moved to Anroid last week ( Samsung Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy Tab 2) with the sole intension of using Adobe Flash Player. My nature of work requires web Conference chats which operates Via Adobe flash Player only. Unfortunatly since 21st August 2012 Adobe has announced that they do not support any anroid devices hereafter hence im having problems using my phone to open Adobe flash player. If i had this installed before the announced date then it would continue to work but not after the annouced date no Anroid device can have adobe flash player. Can anyone please tell me how i can open the following link and sign in to do my web conferences. I only switched to Anroid for this reason and it was very unfortunate for me. I have tried, Google Chrome, Skyfire, Dolphin browser, nothing works. Here is the link.
