Add 2 in-app purchases to Android music app

Hi,

This project is to add 2 additional in-app purchases to our music application. These are products that can only be purchased once; once a user buys them they own them forever. These products range from 30-50MB in size and must be broken up into 30MB chunks, hosted on our server, and delivered via the in-app store in our app. These purchases must work properly with our restore purchases functions.
