Hi, even if I haven't done any Access project yet on Freelancer, I have a good experience with that program, so I think I would do a good job. Regarding your request, It is not just an Access Query that you need. A Query is an SQL statement, which accesses / manipulates data base objects. Instead you need an VBA routine which accesses files and folders (file system objects) as well as your table. If you contact me, we would discuss the details. Regards Ciro
