December 26, 2016 Dear Hiring Manager, I am an administrative assistant, in a private university, for almost 5 years. My job is provide assistance for a team of 22 courses coordinators and 336 teachers. I am responsible to provide them information’s about proof minutes, phone number and addresses of students, support of how to use office tools like Excel. I like to build reputation where I work, being an employee that everyone recognizes my role in that company. I also have experience handling with problems and solving them. I am used to deal with angry customers and treat them well. I was responsible to schedule some of them agendas, creating spreadsheets and others reports using Totvs system. I am the guy that you need, because of my relentless dedication to be the best as I can be. I don't believe that there's not things that you can't do, everything can be achieved with diligence, hard work and persistence. Therefore, I think that I have all that takes to be hired.
