Ltd. is a projectized network construction company founded in 1998 by a group of technically qualified and experienced professionals having extensive experience in building & managing communication networks. The company offers a broad range of telecommunication / IT solutions & services required for building wire line & wireless network infrastructure. Our services include designing innovative fiber-optic & wireless solutions, construction / installation, network engineering and project management. The company has managed construction projects encompassing thousands of kms of fiber, coax and copper networks, spread across India – working as the prime contractor, consultant or a sub-contractor for a wide range of customers including telecom operators & service providers, OEM’s, corporates, consultants, government agencies and defence establishments. The company, to grow its business, has decided to deploy a ‘commission only’ marketing team. Such team members, chosen through an interview, shall represent the company as regular employees and will be expected to abide by all company policies. Members shall be adequately trained, have access to the prospective client’s database and will work under the guidance of an able & experienced marketing professional. Members shall be remunerated by paying a fixed amount to cover basic expenses and a healthy commission of 2% to 5 % of order value (average size of order for the company exceeds 25 lacs). Security & Surveillance Solutions A) CCTV Surveillance System B) Home Alarm System C) Video Door Phones D) Fire Alarm System E) Access Control System COMMISSION STRUCTURE ‘Commission only’ marketing team members shall work on well defined & achievable monthly & quarterly sales quota and will be remunerated by paying a fixed amount to cover basic expenses like fooding, lodging & local conveyance and a healthy commission of 2% to 5% of order value (shall not include statutory taxes). The commission shall be due immediately on receipt of confirmed work order on company’s name (for executable sites only) and will be paid on monthly basis. Special bonus of 1% to 2% of revenue generated by the individual shall be paid at the end of each quarter for achievement of quarterly sales quota. Bonus can be claimed only by members of the ‘commission only’ marketing team who continue to work for the company after achieving quarterly sales quota and are not on probation for disciplinary matters. For well trained & experienced marketing professionals from the telecom & IT industry, an individual specific commission plan may be negotiated at the time of hiring. Once a sales commission plan is agreed upon, the same shall be valid for a period of one year.
