Call Centers Outbound Wanted - Philippines,India etc

Hello Call Centers, I am looking to establish a good working relationship with experienced OUTBOUND B2C / B2B Call Centers for a number of ongoing projects my Company is offering. Ideally the Call Centers would be based in the PHILIPPINES so i can personally visit them and discuss our needs. Call Centers in India and other Countries will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Each Call Center must be prepared to commit at least 15-20 seats on a Pilot Test Campaign and ramp up later. Payments: A Basic Nominal Hourly Rate to cover operational costs will be paid weekly (to be negotiated), as well as a handsome Commission on every successful transaction completed by the Center, this ensures both parties exposure is limited, and ensures a Win Win situation for everyone when the projects are running at full speed.
