company logo wanted

Hi, I am looking for someone to design a company logo and letterhead. The company name is Shenvale Limited and we are looking for something that is very simple and generic. I hope that the logo would be: > unique > simple > generic > impressive > memorable I am not incredibly computer literate so am not sure what format this logo should be in, preferably something which is very easy to incorporate into other formats... Also I need the logo to be incorprated into a letterhead for use on company documents, contract, invoices etc... I am looking for a designer who will provide a number of different concepts, from which I can select a preferred concept and work together to tweak it to obtain the final logo. Please identify what is included in the bid price for example number of initial concepts, tweaking etc. Please also include an example of previous work.
