animated icon design for livehelp online/offline

we are seeking three things in this project. 1. a livehelp icon for offline/online, that is animated gif (NO FLASH!) 2. we are seeking a graphic for advertisement on [login to view URL] 1 page design, using our color scheme, cartoon etc. 3. we need small icons for the front page for the 4 boxes that we have, respective of the subject matter, i.e. for the networking portion, we need a good network icon that matches the color scheme of our site, etc. we need the turn around to be quick, and are ready to select a designer immediately. we are willing to pay 25-35 usd for this entire project only. higher bids will be ignored, no price bids will also be ignored. thanks, solution69 ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
