Configure two (2) USB Cellular modems to work on one ubuntu server

I have two Sierra wireless USB Cellular Modems. For some reason I am not able to get them both to work on the same machine. I need you to configure them both to work, and auto connect at boot, and if disconnected, and reconnected to connect again.
I was able to do this a while ago with Ubuntu Desktop and Network Manager, but for some reason I am only able to get one device to work at a time.
You will need to do the following:
- connect to my server via ssh
- configure USB modems to my cellular provider
- make sure that both connections are active and running, ping via interface to 8.8.8.8 will be accepted as proof
- Release of first milestone
- make auto connect at boot
- make auto connect after unplug/replug
- provide full instructions how to do this
- discuss how to add more than 2 modems
- Release of last milestone

I've created the full stack to manage, configure and use USB Modems in a Custom Linux distro, I'll test it on my Ubuntu before releasing any milestones

you must know that you cant use both connections with the same source ip ... that means you need 2 IP addresses lan interface... ( aka eth0 and eth0:1 ) with different network id. otherwise u will always route packet Lebih banyak
