Asterisk PickUp Call from Que

we have Asterisk 11.0 installed
I need help to pick up incoming calls from a Que (I have attached a document to this task).
If there is X callers in que it should be able to pick up call number y where 0<y<=X
I need help with following:
* Create a UI wich has to display who are in the que with following information:
* callerid; when caller was placed in que, for how long time it has been in que;what caller has pressed in IVR; a button to answer the selected caller
* a "button" when i fire this button it should be able to answer the picked up desired caller.
AND the UI should be working from our website we are using. This website is on another server and we are using IIS7; MVC [url removed, login to view] you have lack of MVC 4.5 skills then it would be possible to solve this together where We do the work regarding the MVC 4.5
