Advertiser Management System required

I am looking for a Joomla expert who is highly competent in components development and is able to customise an Advertising Management System. My website is an online sales magazine. My customers are 1) readers who subscribe to read about current sales and 2) advertisers who advertise their sales. Advertisers, currently, send us their information in an email and we manually enter this information, via our Joomla back-end, and create articles (advertisements) and place banners with the content they have sent us. I wish to automate this process as much as possible and get them to submit their ads online. I want to be able to approve their ad submissions, manage the advertisers, their data and their orders. I purchased iJoomla Ad Agency which seemed to be the perfect answer! But after playing with it for a bit I have realised that it needs customisation. I am looking for a Joomla expert who could either customise iJoomla Ad Agency or suggest something else or create the advertisers management system I am looking for from scratch. So I need you to know your stuff and understand my requirement before we get started and make a call on which way to go and make suggestions on how things would work best before we get started on this job.
