Corporate website for new dating events company

We need to finish developing a website for our offline dating events and services. This will not be like the typical online dating site where users contact each other. We will have profiles but they will be to assist us in organizing events. The project was started by another developer but he took a full-time job and can no longer work on the project but is available for limited questions to get you going. There is still a lot of work to do. The site uses Joomla template Camber. This particular bid is just for Phase I of the project which will not include a shopping cart but will serve as our corporate website giving users basic information and allowing them to access a copy of our site specific to their location. The corporate site will link to a site for Miami for example which has event registration. This first phase will not have a lot of complexity but we hope that whomever does the corporate site ends up doing the other more complicated site which will have shopping cart, event registration, affiliate interface, CRM interface etc. Features of the corporate site will include: articles, polls, video player, link to social media and blog, articles There is a detailed requirements document attached which will outline the entire concept and the other phases which will be done under a separate bid. While advanced skills aren't needed to do the corporate site, the other site linked to this will require more skills. We would like someone doing the corporate site to possess advanced skills.
