Chrome/Extension/TamperMonkey/Growl Scripting Tasks

Thumbtack: [login to view URL] As a bidder on Thumbtack, you can see project requests in a list. But they do not tell you which of the requesters has hired in the past until you click into the project. It is time-consuming to click through all the projects just know. I want to be able to see the status of each requester all on the single request listing page. I need a script that can do 2 things: 1) mark Thumbtack Requests visibly which have the "has hired before on Thumbtack" status on the Requests listing page, 2) enable desktop notifications for new Requests or only Requests with "has hired" status. I'm running on Chrome browser and MacOS Sierra. Technologies I prefer for each task: 1) TamperMonkey Chrome extension (scripting), and 2) Growl or Chrome (notifications).
