TITLE: 2x Top Class JavaScript - Angular.js - Node.js Developer REPORTING TO: Development Lead / Head of Product SALARY: Depending on Experience (+ relocation available) LOCATION: London Office (Level 39 Canary Wharf) ROLE: We are recruiting 2 top class and highly motivated JavaScript/Angular.js/Node.js Developer for 2 different parts of our database, to work remotely or at our offices in our London, at Level 39 the largest Fintech Accelerator in Europe. You will have the opportunity to form part of a young Fintech startup to build design, architect and create an innovative currency exchange marketplace, this includes not only a desktop version but as well we have built the mobile apps. Apart from a JavaScript/Angular.js/Node.js Developer you will be a diligent strategic thinker and have a can-do attitude, ideally someone who is seeking a hands on role to manage our development and future dev team. Strong written and oral communication skills in the English language for the role but as well you need to be fluent in Russian language, as part of our large market for currency exchange is in Russia. We are looking for someone hungry and want to grow within the company and team to a Head of Development. SKILLS REQUIRED: • Solid experience in JavaScript developer at a senior level for rich interfaces, implementing AJAX solutions and Javascript libraries. • A deep understanding for JavaScript fundamentals like OOP and functional programming not just frameworks. • Top experience working with at least the following frameworks: AngularJS, Node.js, Backbone.js, Ember, React. • Good understanding HTML(5) & CSS(3) knowledge with full understanding of web standards/accessibility with progressive enhancement • Experience with with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, continuous delivery). • Experience with automated testing (TDD/BDD & related tools). • Experience with creating and consuming API’s and core data. • Excellent debugging skills. • Experience working with Git. • A strong understanding of website performance and optimisation, on both the Frontend and Backend aspects. AND FINALLY... • Experience building hybrid mobile apps (Ionic SDK for example) • Experience with iOS & Android development. • Experience working with Responsive Designs • Experience in JQuery and creating highly skilled animations • Understanding of CMS experience, including WordPress or Drupal etc • Well-rounded developer with more than just iOS development experience. • Self-motivated and able to achieve deadlines and work independently. • You`ll love to write clean, reusable code. • Exposure to agile and test-driven development methodologies • Solid communication skills and team-working capability • Positive and logical approach together with willingness to learn. • Attention to detail and a passion for quality • Desire to work with ‘top class’ designers to create ‘top class’ interactions, animations…
