I have two years experience in Chrome Extension Development during my PhD study. There are two projects I have done: getting user's full log data and determine whether user switch their intention during their interaction with browser. It is mainly using jQuery (for background, content script, option page), indexedDB (background) for storing large amount of data, localStorage to help the data resuming when user restart their browser, ajax (background) to send data to remote server and work with php to write data to mysql. The second project I am working on is scraping data from google SERP and analyse the dom structure and then record user's search data (duration of hover on some link). I am confident that I can make some good contribution to this project. May I ask a bit more detail about this project and also what are your expectation from the one who gonna join the team?
