d3.js and neo4j interface setup

I have a project which stores nodes and links in a neo4j database (graffeine), with a clunky web interface, and a second, nicer interface (both are d3.js). I would like to apply the nicer interface ([login to view URL]) to the graffeine connector([login to view URL]), so it works with persistance on the neo4j database, and the inbuilt editor allows you to edit the html content of each node. I would also like to generally tidy up the code, it's quite messy at the moment. The repository is here: [login to view URL]
