Create a layer on top of Google Maps which shows the direction of the sun at every chosen date - repost

I would like to create a tool which puts an added layer on top of Google maps which shows the direction and angle of the sun for any date and on any location. There are already many tools like this developed for photographers, gardeners, etc. Just look at this link [login to view URL] So this is not something new, I would just like to create my own version. Check out the existing sun seeker lite app for example, so you can see what I mean. I only need the sun direction and angle functionality though. See the attached picture I added so you can see directly what I am looking for. That's the only thing I need as digital info on top of Google maps. With a slider you can slide through the dates of the year and then you see the angle of the sun changing as well as the sun direction changing a bit. In the winter the angle is different than the summer of course. I am also looking for the feature where you can also add the height of the exact point that you have chosen on Google maps so you can even better display the shadow from the suns angle over the whole year. The higher the tree / building, the more shadow there is of course. Can anyone make this for me on short notice?
