Skype Call Connection

2 Parts to this project; 1st Part - create a splashpage with 3 buttons linking to 3 different websites 2nd Part - one of the above websites once linked to will need to display a banner pinned to the bottom of the screen which gives the user the option to call an advisor via Skype. Will need the system to recognise when the line is engaged and put a pop-up on screen for the user to fill in their details. Also will need the system to have an option to disconnect a current call or time-out the call automatically (if the user doesn't hang up properly). All visual designs will be provided.
